Investment Caska Car Multimedia, Navi System Launched
Sun Lanka Auto Traders (Pvt) Ltd and Foshan Sanshul Coagent Electronics Ltd last week signed an agreement to market ‘Caska’ car multimedia and Navi System manufactured with Japanese technology and assembled in China investing US$160 million.
With the signing of the agreement Sun Lanka became the sole agent for ‘Caska.
Sun Lanka Director Song Yang addressing the launch expressed confidence that the band would be a success in Sri Lanka as it has been in China.†With our island wide dealers totalling to 200 the product is bound be a success,†he said.
Mr. Song said Sun Lanka Auto Traders (Pvt) Ltd was founded on 16th of May 2001and with seven years of hard work it had become one of the largest pioneer organizations with an influential outlet-network providing products on vehicle accessories, vehicle security alarm systems and car audio, video systems.
The company’s work force consists of 100 staff members including 40 electricians. “We have three major brands approximately 500 products, 2000 items of that have won the confidence of the domestic market with our major 05 branches are situated in Maradana, two branches at Narahenpita, Kandana and our newly opened branch in Kurunegala,†he said Sun Lanka intend to establish another two branches in Galle and Kandy by end of the year 2008.
